・Commissioned works: cancellation and refund are not available once production has begun
・Lessons: rescheduling is possible; refunds are not available for cancellations

For overseas customers
・Online purchases of existing works are handled through our BASE shop. Shipping, returns
and refunds follow the conditions of the BASE shop and its overseas-shipping service
(want.jp). The statutory rights of customers resident in the EU and elsewhere apply
within that purchase process.
・In-person sales at exhibitions and individual commissioned works follow the conditions
